Return & Exchange Policy

1. Customer need to pay the return shipping cost

2. The money will be refunded within 30 days of product receipt

3. LIFY will replace the damaged product within 7 days after proper investigation and approval from LIFY management. LIFY will pay the return shipping subject to the condition.

4. LIFY will not accept the return of damaged products
